What are your hours of operation?

Our clinic is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm on Fridays, and 9am to 3pm on weekends.

Do I need to make an appointment to be seen at your clinic?

It is recommended to book an appointment by emailing the clinic or by phone, however, walk-ins are still accepted.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We accept OHIP cards and for international students, all plans are accepted, as well as cash payments.

How can I book my appointment?

To schedule an appointment at Glenridge Walk-In clinic, you may choose to either send an email to glenridgewalkin@gmail.com or call 289-267-2320. Alternatively, you may also walk-in without the inconvenience of extended waiting periods.

How much will my visit cost if I do not have insurance?

Patients without an OHIP card will need to pay $100 in cash.

What types of medical conditions do you treat at your clinic?

We can treat all types of conditions, except for major illnesses like heart attack, stroke, severe bleeding, etc.

Do you offer COVID-19 testing or vaccination?

No, we do not provide COVID testing or vaccination services.

What are some nearby attractions or points of interest that I can visit while I am in the area?

Tim Hortons coffee is located in the same plaza as the clinic.

Can I receive physical therapy or other rehabilitation services at your clinic?

No, physical therapy is not provided at the clinic. However, referrals to chiropractors and physiotherapists can be requested by the attending physician.

Is there parking available at your clinic?

Yes, free parking is always available in front of and behind the clinic.

What languages do your healthcare providers speak?

English and Arabic are spoken, with Arabic available a few days a week as of the end of July 2023.

Can I receive a sick note or medical certificate from your clinic?

A sick note can be provided for a fee of $25-35 in cash.

How can I get a prescription refill from your clinic?

You can either walk-in to the clinic or book an appointment before coming and bring your health card.

Are there any pharmacies or medical supply stores located near your clinic?

The Glenridge Total Health Pharmacy is located next door to the clinic.

Is your clinic accessible for patients with mobility impairments or disabilities? Or Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the clinic is wheelchair accessible.

Can I receive a flu shot at your clinic?

Yes, flu shots can be provided at the clinic.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, cash payments are the only accepted method.

Do you offer telemedicine services or virtual appointments?

No, telemedicine services are not provided by the clinic. Consultations must be conducted in-person at the clinic.

What types of diagnostic tests do you offer at your clinic?

Yes, clients can receive requests for all kinds of diagnostic testing, including X-rays and MRIs.

Can I receive a referral to a specialist from your clinic?

Yes, referrals can be provided by the attending physician if needed.
